The XLE Premium sits in the upper half of the RAV4 lineup. It adds a power moonroof, 19-inch Super Chrome alloy wheels, integrated LED fog lights, a height-adjustable power liftgate, synthetic leather seats, and a leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift lever. It carries forward the XLE's LED projector headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, Smart Key system with push-button start, blind-spot monitoring, and the Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 suite with full-speed dynamic radar cruise control.

The Toyota RAV4 is America's best-selling SUV — a reputation built on Toyota-grade reliability, strong resale, and a ruthlessly practical package. The 2022 RAV4 earned a five-star NHTSA overall safety rating, while J.D. Power gave it an 81 out of 100 reliability score, placing it in the "great" category. Consumer Reports found the 2022 RAV4 more reliable than other cars from the same model year, and the model won J.D. Power's 2022 Vehicle Dependability Study award in the compact SUV category.
