Bestest is in early launch. This page describes — in plain English — the basic terms under which the site is provided. Full terms of service will replace this notice as we formalize our business operations.
What Bestest is. Bestest is a curated used-car listings platform serving Orange County, California. We are not a car dealer. We do not sell, broker, or take payment for vehicles. Listings on Bestest are sourced from third-party franchise dealerships.
Listings are not offers. Information about vehicles — price, mileage, availability, equipment — is provided for shopping purposes only and may not reflect the current state of any specific vehicle. Final price, availability, and terms are set by the dealer offering the vehicle, not by Bestest.
If you contact a dealer through Bestest, you're entering a direct relationship with that dealer. Any sale, financing, or other transaction is between you and them. Bestest is not party to that transaction and is not responsible for the dealer's conduct.
Editorial opinions. Bestest publishes opinions about vehicles, model years, and trim levels — including which we recommend and which we don't. These opinions reflect our editorial judgment based on publicly available data and professional automotive experience. They are not financial, legal, or mechanical advice. Always do your own research and consider a pre-purchase inspection before buying any used vehicle.
Use the site lawfully. Don't scrape it, don't try to break it, don't impersonate Bestest or any dealer listed on it.
